How do I create a photo book?
We have made it really easy to make and order a book online. Using our mobile friendly website means that you can order your album straight from your phone.
You can personalise the book completely in accordance with your wishes by adding your own photos and/or text and choosing a colour for your cover and internal pages. If you want, you can also to create text only pages too.
Is personalisation included in the price?
The price shown on the website includes all of our large range of personalisation features.
How do I know if my picture is the right quality?
Ideally your photos should be originals of at least 2-3 Mb and suitable for printing at 300 dpi but of course in many cases sentimental value is far more important than the perfect print quality. Most original (not What’s App’d or compressed) photos taken on a phone will be suitable quality but these phone photos will generally be portrait orientation and so if you are printing your photo as a square canvas please remember to adjust the crop to avoid loosing any important bits like a head!

What photo formats can I upload?
You can upload JPG files into our online editor.
Can I choose a delivery date?
It is not possible to select a specific delivery date. All photo books are shipped just as soon as they are ready.
What delivery options can I choose?
You may choose standard delivery or express delivery. Both options are tracked from door to door.
How can I pay my order?

What if I’m not happy with the book when it arrives?
We regret that your book is a customised product and unfortunately it may not be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
What is the maximum number of photos I can be add to my book?
You can add over 100 photos to your book but the typical book contains around 30-50 photos.
Can I write in a foreign language?
Yes you can write in all Latin based languages such as English, French, Spanish and German etc. However for technical reasons, it is not possible to use Cyrillic, Turkish, Arabic, Asian, Greek Hebrew or special characters.
How soon will you deliver my photo book?
Your book will generally take 6-9 working days to arrive.
